UCF Global Recruitment

UCF Global provides access to high impact, international experiences across the UCF and global community with a commitment to excellence in partnership, innovation, and services. It accomplishes this through its numerous Englishlanguage Programs housed and on and off the University of Central Florida Campus and greater Orlando, FL area.

APPROACH

The design process for the UCF Global recruitment webpage followed a user-centered approach, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and engagement.

  1. Research & Discovery – Conducted competitive analysis and user research to understand the needs of international students, identifying pain points in existing recruitment pages.

  2. Wireframing & Prototyping – Created low-fidelity wireframes to map out the user journey, followed by high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the design.

  3. UI/UX Design – Focused on a clean, responsive layout with intuitive navigation, clear CTAs, and engaging visuals to create a seamless experience.

  4. Testing & Iteration – Conducted usability testing to gather feedback and refine interactions, ensuring an accessible and effective final product.

  5. Implementation Support – Provided design assets and documentation for smooth handoff to developers, ensuring design consistency across devices.

This approach ensured a strategic and visually compelling webpage that effectively engages and guides prospective international students.
